Come celebrate Davy Crockett's visit to Ohatchee in 1813. Gary Frazier will portray Crockett and answer all your questions about the famous American frontiersman and scout.
Free Coon Skin caps for first 50 folks and a drawing for a Black Powder Rifle. Additional information can be found here.

Janney Furnace Reenactment

The reenactment will be held in early April 2012. Please check back for the exact weekend. Our event MOST LIKELY will be held the second weekend in April.
The 150th anniversary reenactment of Shiloh, in Hardin County Tennessee, will be the 1st weekend.

A restored furnace, very similar in construction to Janney Furnace, can be seen at Tannehill State Park.
